Refunds, Returns & Damages Policy

We are committed to providing a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Please review the information below so you understand what to expect if you need to cancel an order, return an item, or report damage.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once shipped. Refused deliveries are not eligible for refunds. If a cancellation is approved prior to shipping, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Refund timing depends on your financial institution.

Inspecting Your Delivery

All items must be inspected at the time of delivery before the driver departs. Any visible damage must be photographed immediately. Once delivery is accepted and signed for, the carrier may no longer be liable for damage claims.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

All damage, defect, or incorrect item claims must be reported within 72 hours of delivery. Claims must include clear photographs and a brief written description. Please email pricerequest@mydirectprice.com

Return Authorization

All returns require prior approval. To request a return, please email pricerequest@mydirectprice.com. Approved returns will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) along with detailed return instructions. Items returned without an RMA will not be accepted

Return Conditions

Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and properly packaged. Items showing signs of use, damage, repair, or wear are not eligible for return or refund.

Shipping & Fees

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original and expedited shipping fees are non-refundable. All return shipments must be insured by the customer. Items that are damaged or lost during return transit are not refundable.

If damaged items are returned instead of accepting a free replacement, a 15% handling fee plus shipping costs will apply

Non-Returnable Items

Mattresses, mattress pads, foundations, headboards, and bedding items are final sale. Metal bed frames follow standard return policies; delivery fees are non-refundable.
